My Weekend Impromptu Arm Workout: WBFF Pros Addition
I decided to take a weekend trip down to Dallas to visit my best friend and new fellow WBFF Pro Jacoby Morgan. Jacoby took first place in the fitness model division at the WBFF Texas Championships last month. It was both of our goals to be Pros with the WBFF and now we have both accomplished that dream.
Now on to our Pre-Workout ritual. Both Jacoby & I are huge believers in the positive benefits from coffee. Some of these numerous benefits can be attributed to the high amounts of antioxidants found in it. These benefits include a decreased risk of getting cancer, a lowered risk of developing Parkinson’s disease, & prevention against Alzheimer’s disease. However, coffee also helps with improving your performance in the gym and that is why we choose to use it. Organic black coffee is our choice for a Pre-Workout boost. So we decided to head over to the local coffee house, Crooked Tree, and grab a few cups of organic java that they had freshly brewed. After we were all buzzed up, we decided to do an impromptu weekend arm workout. What better way to start the weekend than to hit some arms.
