B2- Flat Dumbbell Hammer Grip Telle Triceps Extension 5-7 reps 4 sets 90 sec rest 4010 tempo
C1- Bi-Angular Parallel Grip Pulldown 20-30 reps 2 sets 45 sec rest 1010 tempo
C2- Bent Over High Pulley Bar Pronated Grip Triceps Extension Overhead 20-30 reps 2 sets 45 sec rest 1010 tempo
