B1-bent over barbell wide snatch grip row to chest 8 reps 3 sets 3010 tempo rest 10 sec
B2-seated row ropes to forehead 10 reps 3 sets 3010 tempo rest 10 sec
B3-prone flat bench hammer grip db lateral raise 12 reps 3 sets 3010 tempo rest 10 sec
